Objectives
We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital/Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable growth across various online channels. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing our online performance to achieve business goals, leveraging data, analytics, and performance-driven tactics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and other marketing assets for improved performance.
- Develop and manage paid search, social media advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful digital assets for campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and measure campaign success.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
